  • Features

    Fan made of robust carbon steel S 235 JR, impeller made of COR-TEN with blades on the rear side, equipped with cooling fan. Arrangement 12, with belt drive.

  • Technical Note

    The centrifugal fan was insulated by a layer made of ceramic fibers and mineral wool within aluminium sides.

  • Motor control

    Epoxy painted WEG Electric Motor 250 M4, 55 kW, 4 poles, IP55, mounting B3, V 400/690/50, efficiency IE4.

  • Technical Department

    The fan was conceived and designed to replace an existing one, already installed for several years in the production process, but almost at the end of its lifecycle. The current fan is installed on a mezzanine, connected in suction and discharge to the plant through very thick steel pipes with PN16 flanges, which could not be modified.
