Axial Fan Impellers Details

Impeller

Extruded or die cast aluminium impellers may be supplied with airfoil high performance profile. Aluminium or Stainless Steel Hub guarantee blades angle pitch adjustment to reach top performances.

Hub

Hubs with Blades inclination grade control system to optimize the performance by varying the blade pitch. Die cast aluminium silicium alloy, Inox steel or Carbon steel with balancing clips.

Plastic Blades

Many kinds of thermoplastic polymers for the Blades: Fiberglass reinforced polyamide or polypropylene blades (PAG, PAGAS, PAGI, PAGST) to meet your requirements.

Construction

We can arrange multiple configurations with our exclusive manufacturing process, such as multi-split case, simple, reinforced or heavy duty drum and multi-stage version. Hinged or bolted Swing Out for easy maintenance. Advanced sealing system.

Balancing and Vibration

Fans’ impellers are statically and dynamically balanced, complying with ISO1940/1 standard with a 6.3 grade. A 2.5 grade lower parameter is available on demand to guarantee very low vibration levels, resulting in a less noisy environment on board.

Materials

Heavy Duty and Long Life construction features, thanks to high thicknesses. Reliability and Resistance for harsh environments and strenuous applications. Our technology is proved to resist corrosion, by using specific materials, coatings or hot-dip galvanization process.

Axial Fans with the motor out of the flow and belt drive transmission (protected too). Multi-stage in-line configuration with flow regulators, sensors and regulating systems.

Silencers

Axial fans can be supplied with silencers and they are the right solution to reduce noise and limit dB sound pressure levels. Core ogive construction available too for an extra silencer power.

Explosion-Proof Materials to avoid sparks and ignitions with Aluminium and Brass band on wetted parts. Special production process for devices and components. Anti-sparking screwing systems for safe couplings.

Anti-sparking

Explosive gases or dusts may develop in ship’s holds and other hazardous zones (classified areas). Specific non-sparking and explosion-proof arrangements will be provided. Brass and Aluminium applied for top safety.

Explosion-Proof

Our Industrial Fans may be supplied in compliance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. Fan data for hazardous areas registered at TÜV Sud. They comply with specific standards. Declaration of Conformity available.
